Well in Breaking News Christian Louboutin is suing YSL.
News say that the Louboutins Empire is suing YSL for knocking off the red soles. YSL launched their Tribute pump thats all red including the sole. But, there is also a purple and green shoe with matching soles. Louboutins lawyer stated that "The defendants' use of red footwear outsoles that are virtually identical to plaintiff's Red Sole Mark is more likely to cause and is causing confusion, mistake and deception among the relevant purchasing public as to the origin of the infringing footwear."
Critics say that both shoes have a different look.

That's a bit ridiculous. YSL is not one of those companies hungry for spotlight in the fashion world. Ysl has a solid foundation in fashion and has no need to copy. Loubie needs to get over it.
