This Year it's all about changing your wardrobe and adding pieces that not your typical tailored blazer, pant, pencil skirt etc.  Their mixing it up with fabulous prints, and shapes.  
Why not be daring and pair different prints that's not 'considered' normal.
For ex: Dots and the Peasant print

    Diversity is truly one of the best way to have a complete closet. I find that when you go looking for that specific item, you neva find it. What I have done is buy things that I love when I find it even if I don't have anywhere to wear it to.
